What you will do

• Design and oversee distributed systems architectures focusing on resilience and scalability in AWS.
• Lead development teams to ensure delivery of clean, efficient code and technical excellence.
• Translate complex business requirements and financial models into elegant technical architectures.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and security within Linux environments.
• Mentor the team through code reviews and design sessions, promoting Python and IaC best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles such as Staff, Principal, or Senior Manager.
• Advanced expertise in backend programming languages and their ecosystems.
• Deep proficiency in AWS services including Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, and S3.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and infrastructure automation (DevSecOps).
• Must be based in Brazil and available for occasional client visits.

Nice to have

• Experience in the full product lifecycle from MVP conception to production scale.
• Ability to handle complex mathematical logic applied to software development.
