TL;DR

Staff AI Enablement and Innovation (AI): Designing and owning the internal AI operating model and agentic strategy to automate manual business workflows with an accent on orchestration, governance, and technical execution. Focus on building scalable AI agents, managing the enterprise AI stack, and optimizing token costs and performance.

Location: Must be based in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco

Salary: $148,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and manage the internal AI roadmap in collaboration with Security, Legal, and business leaders.
  • Operate the enterprise AI stack, including LLMs, vector databases, and gateways.
  • Proactively identify manual workflows within Talent, Support, and Sales teams to automate via agentic AI.
  • Build and deploy POCs independently to demonstrate ROI before scaling solutions.
  • Own token procurement, build forecasting/chargeback models, and manage AI spend.
  • Build dashboards to track SLAs, SLOs, latency, accuracy, and usage rates.

Requirements

  • Background as a Senior IT Business Analyst, Technical Implementation Lead, or Solutions Architect.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with modern AI stacks (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Vector DBs).
  • Experience with LangChain or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex technical AI patterns into clear business value and ROI.
  • Proficiency in building performance and cost-tracking dashboards using SQL and Tableau.
  • Strong operational rigor in managing vendor relationships and maintaining system uptime.
