What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services enabling the crypto product ecosystem.
• Design APIs and event-driven architectures for secure, high-volume transaction processing.
• Partner with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure system scalability and resilience.
• Contribute to documentation, tooling, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate across product and platform teams to deliver high-impact financial features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or distributed systems development.
• Proven success building production-grade APIs and financial services at scale.
• Proficiency in Node.js or similar modern frameworks like TypeScript, NestJS, Go, or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture including Kubernetes and AWS.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, builder-focused mindset.
