What you will do

• Develop and maintain Python backend services using OOP and FastAPI.
• Build and integrate LLM-based applications using LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Implement ML/NLP models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, spaCy, and Stanza.
• Design and manage data pipelines using Apache Airflow in Google Cloud.
• Create automated tests (pytest, unittest) and containerize applications via Docker.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.
• Proven track record with at least 3 production projects using Python.
• Proficiency in FastAPI, MongoDB, and message-queue systems like RabbitMQ or PubSub.
• Experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio), processes, and threads.
• Strong skills in Git, Docker, and working within Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland

Nice to have

• Experience building and training ML models specifically in the NLP domain.
• Knowledge of specialized NLP tools such as spaCy or Stanza.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
