TL;DR

Sales Engineer (AI/SaaS): Driving value for enterprise prospects and customers by solving complex use cases with an accent on technical advisory and solution architecture. Focus on executing business assessments (POCs), building solution-based demos, and translating complex technical requirements into simple business terms.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (office 3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Act as the ultimate product expert and technical advisor for Enterprise prospects and customers in EMEA.
  • Execute and deliver business assessments, POCs, and pilots to demonstrate business value.
  • Design and build solution-based demos and architecture diagrams for highly complex use cases.
  • Solve technical requirements and communicate them in simple terms to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence the product roadmap.
  • Support Marketing with webinars, conferences, and demand generation activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.
  • Experience with CRMs, cloud architecture, or telephony/web conferencing systems.
  • Technical knowledge of data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, APIs, webhooks, or JSON.
  • Understanding of security and privacy pertaining to SaaS systems.
  • Solid business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes.
  • Must be based in Dublin for a hybrid work arrangement (office 3 days a week).
