What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end AI architecture for complex ecosystems, balancing technical depth with business outcomes.
• Translate business strategy into scalable AI technology solutions through discovery workshops and roadmaps.
• Act as a technical sponsor for strategic accounts, collaborating closely with C-level clients and stakeholders.
• Lead architectural design, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts for critical AI platforms.
• Govern technical quality across delivery squads, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and privacy standards.
• Support pre-sales, proposal development, and technical visioning with account teams.

Requirements

• Experience in AI architecture and technical leadership, including strategic consulting and system design.
• Strong technical breadth across AI engineering, data science, and modeling.
• Proven experience with GenAI.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required for communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of frameworks: Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with consultancy practices.
• Experience hiring and managing architect-level talent.
