What you will do

• Design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead technical decision-making and ownership within an autonomous Scrum team.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural standards.
• Mentor and coach developers to promote best practices and technical growth.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a Senior Java Software Engineer.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and AWS in production environments.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Proven ability to balance active coding with technical leadership.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka.
• Knowledge of React.
• Basic understanding of C#.
