Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - must be able to work from the office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for the Operations team to support strategic decision-making across all operational areas.
• Lead cost optimization and process improvement projects to identify savings and lean operations.
• Establish and monitor standard pricing for production and logistics to ensure accurate management reporting.
• Analyze complex data sets to create robust financial models that serve as a roadmap for business growth.
• Manage operational assets by tracking stock levels and organizing annual inventory counts.
• Support commercial integrity through contract negotiations and the execution of quality penalties.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, cost control, or analysis, ideally within manufacturing or operations.
• Proven partnership skills working alongside cross-functional teams like Production, Logistics, and S&OP.
• Strong technical background in budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling.
• Expert knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in English (B2) and Polish (C1/C2).

Nice to have

• Technical experience with PowerQuery (DAX) and SQL.
• Direct experience within a manufacturing company.
• Specific expertise in product costing.
