Location: Based in Warsaw, hybrid model with periodic on-site presence required.

What you will do

Own financial reporting and compliance for Polish operations, ensuring alignment with group standards.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in cooperation with FP&A and Group Finance teams.
Act as a finance business partner for management to support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor key business KPIs including revenue growth, margins, utilization, and cost structure.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and improve financial systems and automation tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting/controlling experience, ideally in multinational environments.
In-depth knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements (including KSeF).
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
Based in Warsaw with willingness to work in a hybrid model.
Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Exposure to US GAAP.
