TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Driving new business growth and acquiring enterprise customers within the ANZ region with an accent on complex sales cycles and C-suite engagement. Focus on strategic prospecting, executing value-based selling using MEDDPICC, and establishing the Revenue Intelligence market.

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth in greenfield territories, managing the full cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop tailored account plans for assigned accounts, identifying decision-makers and regional nuances.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition to potential customers to generate enthusiasm for the solution.
  • Refine and optimize messaging to scale outbound prospecting and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Educate senior executives (C-Suite, CROs) on the importance of the Revenue Intelligence industry.
  • Partner with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to develop account-based sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of overachieving 1M+ revenue targets and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite and GTM stakeholders in organizations with 1,000+ employees.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC or a similar value-based selling methodology.
  • Location: Must be based in Sydney.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
