What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams and managers (20-30 people) across squads.
• Support and develop engineering talent through coaching, feedback, and career growth.
• Drive technical initiatives in partnership with senior engineers to raise engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure delivery and execution of squad missions.
• Create an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
• Contribute to company-wide best managerial and technical practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship available).
• Experience managing multiple engineering managers and leading teams of ~20 engineers.
• Strong technical background with previous software engineering experience.
• Proven ability in delivery management, people leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Hiring process

• One-hour call with Senior Engineering Manager or Engineering Director focusing on leadership and delivery experience.
