What you will do
- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams and managers (20-30 people) across squads.
- Support and develop engineering talent through coaching, feedback, and career growth.
- Drive technical initiatives in partnership with senior engineers to raise engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure delivery and execution of squad missions.
- Create an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
- Contribute to company-wide best managerial and technical practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship available).
- Experience managing multiple engineering managers and leading teams of ~20 engineers.
- Strong technical background with previous software engineering experience.
- Proven ability in delivery management, people leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.

Hiring process
- Initial informal recruiter call.
- One-hour call with Senior Engineering Manager or Engineering Director focusing on leadership and delivery experience.
- Loop stage with three one-hour interviews (Team and Org Management, System Design, Behavioural) plus a 30-minute reverse interview.
- Process duration approximately 3-4 weeks with flexibility for candidate availability.
