Company

Part of the Network Analytics Team in Group Technology developing advanced analytical solutions for the Deutsche Telekom Group.

What you will do

• Analyze and prepare data for model training using Python.
• Train, test, and fine-tune AI/ML models ready for deployment.
• Work with on-premises Linux-based GPU computing platforms and GCP cloud instances.
• Collaborate with customers to set goals, identify risks, and present results.
• Develop automated tools incorporating specific AI/ML models and techniques.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience delivering successful projects in AI/ML.
• Excellent coding ability in Python and experience with data libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or Polars.
• Deep Learning and Machine Learning experience with algorithms such as LGBM, XGBoost, GNN, or LLMs.
• Ability to integrate models into production systems using APIs.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with Agentic AI development.
