Salary: $138,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and own the holistic strategy for data flow across SFDC, enrichment tools, and AI tools.
• Design the enrichment framework for firmographics, technographics, intent, and buying groups.
• Act as the primary business partner and strategic stakeholder for lead routing logic.
• Ensure account-level data integrity and provide recommendations on hierarchies, segmentation, and status logic.
• Lead change management and communication for data model updates across Finance, Marketing, and GTM Ops.
• Partner with leadership to define long-term data strategy (6-24 months) focused on AI readiness and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Data Strategy, or Sales Operations.
• Deep understanding of CRM architecture, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication and change management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
• Must be based in one of the specified US hubs: Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.
