What you will do

• Act as the primary L3 escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for network and SASE issues.
• Operate global infrastructure including Azure (VNet, ExpressRoute), Palo Alto NGFW, and Zscaler ZIA/ZPA.
• Drive permanent fixes and automation initiatives to reduce manual operations.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Collaborate with global security and cloud architecture teams and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, routing & switching, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with Cloud networking in Azure (VNet, NSG, Load Balancer, ExpressRoute).
• Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and Zscaler ZIA/ZPA operations.
• Proven experience in L3 support within enterprise environments and solid ITIL understanding.
• English: Mandatory proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Microsoft Azure Network Engineer, Zscaler ZCCP/ZCP, or ITIL v4.
• Experience in global enterprise environments.
