TL;DR
Support Specialist (Fintech): Providing telephone and ticket-based support to Affiliates and Merchants for a range of payment products with an accent on customer onboarding and technical troubleshooting. Location: Attendance within the Cape Town office is required (US working hours)
Salary: R280,000 - R315,000 ZAR

What you will do
- Provide telephone-based support to Affiliates and Merchants across products.
- Onboard new and existing customers and train them on onboarding and reporting tools.
- Update and create content for the external knowledge garden and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with acquirers and internal teams to ensure customer solutions remain compliant.
- Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving customer experience and training programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Cape Town for office attendance.
- Proven experience in the payments and/or FinTech industry.
- Strong all-round IT knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex data sets and prioritize workload effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience using a customer ticketing system.
- Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support role.
