What you will do

• Manage lead-to-sales queries and qualify potential customers to match them with suitable vehicles and accessories.
• Provide 1st line systems and process support to ensure unimpeded sales workflows.
• Actively participate in team meetings to track performance, share information, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and actions within designated systems.
• Demonstrate JLR Customer First and Modern Luxury principles in every interaction.
• Proactively propose alternative options to recover or progress sales deals when process alerts occur.

Requirements

• Must have full written and verbal command of Portuguese
• Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
• Ability to work onsite in Centurion, South Africa
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen to understand customer needs
