What you will do

• Provide reliable and trustworthy customer service to resolve enquiries effectively.
• Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Follow established guidelines to investigate and process high-volume customer requests.
• Escalate complex queries or complaints to appropriate channels for timely resolution.
• Promote and cross-sell client products to enhance customer loyalty and experience.
• Maintain and secure customer records within information systems.

Requirements

• German language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• English language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• 6–12 months of previous customer service experience.
• 6–12 months of call center experience.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and good typing speed.
