What you will do
- Provide reliable and trustworthy customer service to resolve enquiries effectively.
- Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Follow established guidelines to investigate and process high-volume customer requests.
- Escalate complex queries or complaints to appropriate channels for timely resolution.
- Promote and cross-sell client products to enhance customer loyalty and experience.
- Maintain and secure customer records within information systems.
Requirements
- German language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- English language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- 6–12 months of previous customer service experience.
- 6–12 months of call center experience.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and good typing speed.
