What you will do
- Manage first-level technical and customer requests from Merchants and Integrated Software Vendors via email and inbound phone calls.
- Resolve complex product and service inquiries, troubleshooting and determining the root causes of issues.
- Communicate operational concerns to clients with clear timelines for resolution.
- Document all service inquiries and identify trends across the department for tracking purposes.
- Conduct basic product training for new peers and grow as a lead for complex client inquiries.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- 4+ years of customer service-related experience.
- 2+ years of call center service-related experience.
- Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical clients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred).
