What you will do

• Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, tracking, and data organization.
• Pull and compile reports from internal systems such as ATS and order tracking systems.
• Validate order files and assist with product setup on platforms like NuOrder and JOOR.
• Conduct retailer website audits to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and imagery.
• Maintain copy documents, retailer setup templates, and organize shared documentation.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the sales team.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, filtering).
• Previous experience in data-heavy administrative, operations, or virtual assistant roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with order management systems, CRMs, or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with NuOrder, JOOR, or Shopify.
