What you will do

• Manage product launches, improvements, and line extensions for the Shark business.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and analyze the competitive landscape.
• Support products through growth and end-of-life stages, resolving quality and manufacturing challenges.
• Create and manage merchandising, training, and digital content for retail execution.
• Track product performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals.
• Manage domestic SKU extensions and lead value engineering and cost-down initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Communications, or Marketing.
• 1+ years of experience in product development or marketing, preferably within consumer goods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and high-impact environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
