What you will do

• Build and ship agentic AI systems using LLMs, tools, and multi-step workflows.
• Design and deploy automation and augmentation pipelines supporting HR processes at enterprise scale.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI systems, including prompting, orchestration, evaluation, and production reliability.
• Expand and maintain an LLM-powered chatbot grounded in the Expert Validation Framework.
• Collaborate with HR experts and legal teams to translate business needs into maintainable systems ensuring data privacy.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building with LLMs, including agentic patterns and tool use.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production-grade systems.
• Educational background in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, low-structure environment.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on outcomes, reliability, and user impact.
