What you will do

• Identify and map broken workflows across CS, Sales, Finance, and R&D teams.
• Design and deliver robust automations using Python, Node.js, and integration tools like n8n.
• Build a reusable foundation of internal tooling and connected systems to prevent redundant work.
• Deploy AI agents and LLMs for routing, summarization, and reporting with a focus on observability.
• Measure the impact of implemented systems on company speed and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm and eligible to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship.
• Strong technical background in Python or Node.js and REST APIs.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex integrations with tools like Salesforce, Slack, or ERP systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose operational bottlenecks and scope effective technical solutions.
• Practical experience deploying AI/LLM workflows in production environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP and data pipelines.
• Background in setting up AI evaluation and observability frameworks.
