Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles / El Segundo. Must be based in the LA area and be able to commute to the current LA office and eventually relocate to El Segundo in 2026.

Salary: $75,000 - $108,000 per year

What you will do

• Support annual IT budget planning and track monthly/quarterly spend vs. actuals for North American entities.
• Coordinate end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, and services, from request to invoice.
• Evaluate IT spend requests to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and align with existing tool stacks and standards.
• Identify redundant or underused tools and services to recommend spend optimization and rationalization.
• Maintain vendor operations, collect quotes, and communicate with stakeholders in Korea, Toronto, and LA.
• Consolidate budget and procurement data into clear reports and dashboards for IT and Finance leadership.

Requirements

• Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years of experience in budgeting, finance, purchasing, or procurement roles.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in the Los Angeles / El Segundo area.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside standard LA business hours to coordinate with teams in Korea and Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT-specific procurement (SaaS, hardware) and license management.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, or Jira Service Management.
• Proven experience in tool rationalization and consolidating overlapping software solutions.
