What you will do

• Own the employee experience and onboarding processes across Germany, Poland, and Norway.
• Localize EMEA People & Culture strategies to ensure regional impact and relevance.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
• Drive regional engagement initiatives and culture-building events.
• Coach and mentor line managers to enhance leadership capabilities within the company culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to refine hiring through culture interviews and local market intelligence.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Deep expertise in German employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven track record as a regional HR generalist in high-growth or retail environments.
• Experience handling complex employee relations across multiple European markets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.
