What you will do

• Present data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership to influence strategic changes and roadmap decisions.
• Build business cases for new product functionality and track effectiveness through key metrics and forecasting.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to frame product strategy and determine priority features.
• Design, develop, and maintain ongoing dashboards and their underlying data sets.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the generation and collection of the right data.
• Foster a data-centric culture by establishing best practices for reporting quality, data hygiene, and governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data or product analyst, preferably in a growing tech company.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying and manipulation.
• Fluency in common statistical analysis methods and product analytics methodologies.
• Proven ability to extract key insights that drive measurable business performance lifts.
• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv and follow a hybrid working model

Nice to have

• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Looker.
