Location: Hybrid (Needham, MA, USA). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship.

Salary: $168,800 - $258,800 USD

What you will do

  • Define and lead the global creative performance and analytics measurement strategy across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish best-in-class frameworks for evaluating creative effectiveness from awareness and consideration to conversion.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative consumer insights into actionable guidance for creative teams during ideation.
  • Lead post-launch creative performance analysis to identify what works and how to optimize or scale creative work globally.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Creative Performance team, defining roles, capabilities, and career paths.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and modern analytics tools to increase creative efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, performance, or measurement with a strong focus on creative effectiveness.
  • Proven experience analyzing creative performance across digital, social, and emerging media channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling creative recommendations.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and influencing across multiple functions.
  • Deep familiarity with creative testing, brand lift, MMM, and attribution approaches.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
