Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do
- Define and lead the integrations and platform strategy, owning the roadmap for APIs, connectors, and partner capabilities.
- Design repeatable integration patterns and scalable data flows in collaboration with engineering.
- Translate customer and partner needs into clear product requirements and actionable execution plans.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Solutions teams to ensure low-friction implementation workflows.
- Lead integration initiatives through the full lifecycle from early discovery to launch and maintenance.
- Drive measurable outcomes including integration adoption, reliability, and reduced support effort.
Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a platform or specific product area.
- Experience leading projects involving technical integration functionality, such as inbound connectors, outbound APIs, webhooks, or ETL pipelines.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
- Proven track record of building scalable platform solutions rather than one-off custom implementations.
- Ability to operate independently and set strategy for a full product domain.
- Location: Must be based in Richmond, VA
Nice to have
- Experience integrating with regulated third-party data systems, specifically healthcare (e.g., EHRs, FHIR/HL7).
- Experience working with external partners or managing third-party ecosystems.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding or implementation workflows.
