TL;DR
GTM Engineer (HubSpot/Salesforce): Designing and operating systems and campaigns to drive lender pipeline and revenue with an accent on marketing automation, AI-driven workflows, and data enrichment. Focus on orchestrating complex GTM tech stacks, automating outbound pipelines, and proving business impact through data.
Location: Remote (USA). Remote teammates must be able to travel at minimum twice per year to Nashville, TN for company-wide events.
Salary: $155,000 - 175,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end campaign execution for the lender business in HubSpot, including email, lifecycle, and lead management.
- Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Clay, AirOps, and Lemlist.
- Design and maintain automated AI-powered enrichment, outbound, and intent-detection pipelines using n8n and AirOps.
- Develop lead scoring models, routing logic, and marketing attribution dashboards in Salesforce and Looker.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to translate GTM strategy into operational reality.
- Establish playbooks, SOPs, and training for Revenue teams to ensure consistency and trust in GTM systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or Growth Engineering roles.
- Hands-on expertise in executing and optimizing end-to-end campaigns within HubSpot.
- Proficiency with GTM automation and enrichment tools such as Clay, AirOps, or n8n.
- Strong Salesforce skills, specifically with reports, dashboards, and data structure.
- Experience with APIs and integration across GTM systems, paired with analytical fluency in SQL.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
- Ability to write custom scripts using Python or JavaScript for integrations.
- Practical experience using AI/LLM tools for GTM workflows or data processing.
- Background in B2B SaaS, specifically within fintech or construction tech.
