TL;DR
Director, Product/R&D; Strategic Finance (FP&A) (AI): Leading financial planning and analysis for R&D and Product strategy to drive growth through innovation with an accent on long-term P&L modeling and strategic investments. Location: Must be based in Israel (Tel Aviv); hybrid working model.

What you will do
- Lead FP&A for R&D and Product strategy, partnering closely with the CPO and Chief R&D.
- Develop long-term P&L trajectories and provide insights on compute, product adoption, and optimization.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for management presentations, the Board of Directors, and QBRs.
- Build complex financial models including gross margin, scenario-based, and consumption-based product models.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure spend in collaboration with FinOps and Engineering.
- Implement scalable financial processes leveraging AI and automation to enhance reporting and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably in enterprise software.
- 4+ years of experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and providing thought leadership.
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and financial tools such as Salesforce, Netsuite, and Excel.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and consumption-based business models, with a focus on AI-native technologies.
- Must be a resident of Israel.
