What you will do

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.
• Oversee accounting across multiple legal entities, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and HR to ensure efficient business processes and reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements and implement scalable accounting automation initiatives to support growth.

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 3).
• 5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, preferably in global high-growth tech, manufacturing, or hardware.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (must-have).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany accounting.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
