Salary: $115,500 base + $20,000 target commission

What you will do

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of strategic clients to achieve quarterly retention and expansion goals.
• Onboard new clients, identify business goals, and conduct tailored training sessions.
• Conduct formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and client satisfaction.
• Analyze customer health and usage data using Tableau and Catalyst to identify adoption trends.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize on account growth and retention opportunities.
• Act as a product expert to ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong interest in or appreciation for the private equity and venture capital marketplace.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in a standard office setting 5 days a week.
