What you will do

• Participate in outsourced accounting services for a variety of clients.
• Perform direct accounting work on key financial statement line items such as Cash, Accounts Payable, and Inventory.
• Research basic and intermediate accounting topics and present initial analysis to senior team members.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality financial products within predetermined deadlines.
• Learn the complete accounting life cycle through hands-on practical experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of applicable work or internship experience in a bookkeeping or accountant role.
• Pursuing a BS/BA/MS degree in Accounting or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Intent to graduate with the qualifying number of units to sit for the CPA exam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, and NetSuite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Excel macros.
