What you will do

• Build custom charts and visualizations using Salesforce, Excel, and SQL.
• Provide high-quality data analysis and support for clients using hirify.global’s broad database.
• Manage and resolve time-sensitive custom research requests for subscribing clients.
• Collaborate with the support team to provide guidance and expertise to Tier 1 and 2 specialists.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce to identify pain points and inform product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services or working with large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and experience with SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as valuation techniques (DCF, comps), IRRs, and asset allocations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
