What you will do

• Lead all aspects of Managed Services engagements for hirify.global customers to ensure critical business outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple customer programs, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Execute program planning, discovery, and design workshops to map customer use cases to platform workflows.
• Provide strategic communications and updates to executive leadership, project teams, and customers.
• Identify and lead mitigation efforts for program risks while managing client expectations.
• Contribute to the development of new program deliverables and professional services practices to accelerate growth.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of Project Management experience focusing on time, cost, scope, and risk management.
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience, preferably within the Enterprise software sector.
• Proven ability to influence change and interface effectively at a senior level within customer organizations.
• Experience with SaaS applications and strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics preferred).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering, both in-person and virtually.
• Willingness to travel.
