What you will do

• Design and integrate ML systems to solve on-vehicle behavior problems in real-time, resource-constrained environments.
• Develop infrastructure and tooling necessary to measure and iterate on ML models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with perception, localization, and controls teams to ensure system safety and performance.
• Validate motion planning modules using unit testing, simulation, and log simulation.
• Identify system bottlenecks and develop novel components to unlock new capabilities.
• Contribute to technical direction, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with key ML libraries including PyTorch and TensorRT.
• Experience with cloud orchestration tools such as Flyte.
• Proven experience developing code for real-world robotics or semi-autonomous platforms.
• Must be a U.S. person or meet specific U.S. government export license requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
