What you will do

• Design and implement AWS cloud solutions and modernization strategies to leverage full cloud potential.
• Deliver modern architectures, including microservices and event-driven patterns, using cloud-native capabilities.
• Create and articulate value propositions for AWS migration for client executives.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams to identify repeatable architecture patterns.
• Identify platform improvement opportunities and influence the AWS platform and Migration Acceleration Program.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Architect roles.
• Proficiency in architecting, designing, and migrating workloads to the public cloud.
• Expertise in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, or networking.
• Familiarity with migration discovery, profiling, and automation tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tier distributed architecture within IT consulting or operations.
• Strong knowledge of multiple migration strategies (rehosting, refactoring, re-architecting, replatforming, and repurchasing).
• Understanding of large IT budgets and complex vendor relationships.
