Compensation: $100,000 – $500,000

What you will do

• Foster meaningful interactions online and offline between hirify.global and the developer community.
• Partner closely with Comms and Marketing teams to ensure consistent narrative alignment.
• Initiate and nurture VIP developer relationships to build deep trust and adoption.
• Monitor discussions and sentiment in community channels to identify trends, opportunities, and blockers.
• Inspire and guide developers to reach their goals using tools suited to their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing developer communities.
• Strong technical skills across multiple parts of a developer’s stack.
• Fluency with open source development practices and tools (Git, GitHub, CI, VSCode).
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology; offer is contingent upon citizenship/residency status or license approval.
