What you will do
- Lead regional people strategy and serve as the senior HR leader for operations across Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.
- Partner with regional leadership to enable new market entry, distributor expansion, and commercial scaling.
- Diagnose organizational needs and design structures that enable agility, accountability, and performance.
- Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top commercial talent in emerging markets.
- Ensure compliance with Mexico labor law and applicable employment regulations across the LATAM footprint.
- Leverage workforce analytics to inform business decisions and provide strategic updates to US-based leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in strategic HRBP roles supporting growth-focused organizations.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of Mexico labor law and familiarity with broader LATAM employment frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be based in Mexico City to support a hybrid work model.
- Experience operating within a global organization with U.S.-based leadership.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Portuguese to support growth in Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification.
