What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise EMEA customers, leading deployments and integrations.
• Own technical execution for Galaxy server deployments from PoC through production, including system architecture and complex debug.
• Build strategic relationships with European customers, delivering trainings and workshops on system integration and best practices.
• Collaborate with global Systems Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Translate customer feedback into engineering improvements to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across hardware, software, and firmware in HPC or AI environments.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proven ability to debug issues across the full stack from silicon to the application layer.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% across Germany, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR regulations).
