Salary: $150,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Create diverse tooling tailored to engineering teams' needs.
• Enhance monorepo capabilities and develop project templates.
• Design and implement shared libraries focused on observability.
• Improve speed, reliability, and coverage of CI pipelines.
• Assist in designing and maintaining Terraform modules.
• Support engineering teams to maintain productivity.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes/Docker tooling (Helm, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience managing large monorepos; familiarity with Bazel, Pants, Moon, or Turborepo is a plus.
• Advanced understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Excellent developer tool culture and best practices.
