What you will do

• Design and productionize ML solutions for document understanding, search, QnA, and virtual agents.
• Develop AI-driven backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, and LangGraph.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle from problem definition and feature engineering to deployment.
• Implement system telemetry and A/B testing to validate model effectiveness.
• Ensure data security and strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in ML solutions development and production deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI and LangGraph.
• Experience with voice AI technologies (e.g., Deepgram, PlayHT, ElevenLabs) and conversational AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and microservices architecture.
• Ability to ensure security and compliance of healthcare data adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with telephony technologies such as Twilio.
