What you will do

• Ideate, develop, and deploy scalable, cost-efficient ML and NLP models
• Build scalable infrastructure for training, evaluating, and serving models
• Analyze datasets to improve approaches and prototype new ideas
• Develop tools and processes for sourcing, analyzing, labeling, and storing conversation data
• Apply ethical lenses including fairness, quality, and trust to all responsibilities

Requirements

• Significant experience (3+ years) building production-grade ML models in industry or academia
• Expertise in NLP facets: conversational dialogue, speech recognition, text-to-speech, NLG, text classification, QA, chatbots, summarization
• Strong Python skills and deep-learning/NLP tools (Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch, Tensorflow, NLTK, spaCy, Jupyter)
• Experience with end-to-end scalable ML infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration with technical/non-technical members
