Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead feature development from initial design through to final delivery.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define requirements during discovery and planning.
• Expand the enterprise health platform using Python, AWS services, and React/Typescript.
• Act as a subject matter expert for your team's products and provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-impact healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) and React/Typescript.
• Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge, including CTEs, windowing functions, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Git expertise and experience working within a mono repo.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) systems.
