What you will do

• Develop and own the strategic roadmap for Amazon paid media, aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
• Plan and optimize campaigns across Amazon DSP, AMS, and emerging formats.
• Take end-to-end accountability for performance across the Amazon Media funnel, from awareness to repurchase.
• Utilize AMC, Retail Analytics, and internal BI to identify opportunities and scale winning strategies.
• Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Direct external media and creative agencies with clear objectives and performance thresholds.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Amazon Digital Marketing.
• Deep expertise in Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including DSP, PPC, Sponsored Ads, and AMC.
• High analytical acumen with strong data storytelling skills.
• Proven success in managing substantial budgets and delivering business outcomes.
• Experience in briefing and managing external media and creative agencies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
