What you will do

• Establish and implement merchandising, trading, and growth strategies to support D2C ambitions in the DACH market.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasts, stock allocation, and demand signaling.
• Execute trading plans focused on maximizing gross margin and forecast attainment across all product categories.
• Maintain a comprehensive promotional calendar including pricing, website discounts, and influencer partnerships.
• Optimize product visibility, placement, and cross-selling opportunities across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Analyze market trends, pricing data, and competitor activities to identify growth and differentiation opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in D2C eCommerce.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and a track record of driving profitability.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
