What you will do

• Produce and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to track performance against budgets.
• Assist the Digital Trading Manager in defining and executing growth strategies through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product assortment based on performance trends.
• Prepare materials and presentations to communicate business performance and strategic opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Product, and Marketing to support UX improvements.
• Automate reporting and performance alerts to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dubai as this is a hybrid role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data tools.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
