What you will do

• Own and drive the global commercial planning rhythm, architecting the full calendar across Consensus and Pressure Test Reviews.
• Unite Sales, Finance, SS&A, and Operations behind a single, compelling forecast narrative to drive coordinated action.
• Raise the standard of forecast readiness, ensuring all submissions are insight-led and decision-ready.
• Coach Sales leaders to fully own their numbers and narratives, supported by sharp variance insights.
• Transform planning forums into high-impact decision environments to drive prioritization and rapid course correction.
• Modernize planning processes and strengthen hypotheses across markets of varying maturity.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Company Planning or Integrated Business Planning.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling high-performance planning cadences.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth CPG or consumer goods environments.
• Strong executive facilitation and storytelling skills to translate complexity into clear decisions.
• Confidence and judgement to navigate ambiguity and maintain a bias for action.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.
