What you will do

• Build and maintain Machine Learning and advanced analytical platform components.
• Implement scalable, high-quality, and well-architected code.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML components into the distributed hirify.global platform.
• Assist support engineers and the broader community.
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within a distributed team.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in core Java and C++, including standard library data structures and concurrency constructs.
• Deep technical expertise in algorithms.
• Professional experience leading the development of Machine Learning components.
• Ability to build and debug features for complex, distributed systems running on multiple machines.
• Capacity to own projects from technical design through to completion.
• Must be based in one of the supported countries: Canada, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, or the UK.
