What you will do
- Design and facilitate AI Jam Sessions to enable AI-powered workflows through hands-on experimentation.
- Demonstrate real-world development workflows using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.
- Establish and lead a Super-Builder guild to drive peer-to-peer AI adoption.
- Create prompting guides, workflow templates, and maintain a living AI Playbook of best practices.
- Diagnose AI adoption barriers and track success metrics in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Mentor engineers and facilitate collaboration across distributed LATAM–U.S. teams.
Requirements
- Based in LATAM with U.S. timezone overlap.
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Principal Engineer.
- Strong background in TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
- Advanced expertise with AI coding assistants including Cursor (agent mode), GitHub Copilot, and Claude.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and experience running workshops or live coding sessions.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of AI-driven DevEx or developer tooling.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or HR tech ecosystems.
- Background in designing technical curriculum or internal training programs.
