What you will do
- Execute analytics projects by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverables.
- Perform exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trends.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of query logic and methodologies to ensure repeatability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytical work with business goals.
- Support reporting accuracy through quality control reviews and compliance standard adherence.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.
- Strong SQL skills, preferably with experience in Snowflake.
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Familiarity with dbt concepts and governed metric definitions.
- Experience working with pharmacy and medical claims data.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
- Experience working with Tableau REST API.
- Experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
- Exposure to Agile practices and cross-functional project work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
